Why is it that so many people do not understand e-mail communication? Have you taken a look at some of the e-mails that you have got in the past week and wonder what on earth these people are thinking? It seems that sometimes people just answer their e-mails as if it’s a checklist at the grocery store and then checking off one by one it they returned each person’s e-mail and then they fill all happy with themselves.
